When will I receive my order?
All team-banner, registration banner, and sponsor banner orders received before 1pm PST will be printed within 24 hours and shipped overnight the next business day. Accessory products, including pennants, pole-kit banner stands, and posters, will ship separately and may arrive a day or two after your banner.
Banners are shipped via Fed-Ex. Other products are shipped either with OnTrac Shipping, for UT, NV, AZ, CA, ID, OR and WA, or USPS Priority or Express for all other states.
If you need your banner the next day or delivered on a Saturday, choose “Next day or Saturday Delivery” at checkout. Next day orders must be submitted before 9:30 am PST. Non-banner products are not eligible for overnight shipping but can be delivered on Saturday if you choose this option.
OnTrac has a guaranteed 2-day delivery. USPS Priority Mail has a 1-3 day delivery and USPS Express is 1-2 days in transit. Upon printing of your shipping label, you will be emailed a tracking number confirmation.
All Flags including Pennants, Tall Soccer Team Flags, Table Throws and Custom Tent Tops take an additional time to fabricate and ship and do not qualify for the 24 hour guarantee.

ProBanners will ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment for your order; however, to guarantee your order ships the following day, you must have your order in by 1pm PST the day prior to shipping.
At all times, ProBanners makes its best efforts to get your order out the same day it is placed, but during high traffic times, ProBanners uses the 1 o’clock shipping time as a cutoff. When ProBanners says a product will ship within 24 hours, that does not include the transit time to deliver your banner. As ProBanners is closed on the weekends, any order received after 1pm on Friday will ship no later than the following Tuesday. If you upload your own artwork and we need to spend time on it so it prints with good quality, your order may not ship within the 24 hour period, but we will do our best to get it out as soon as possible.
What are your banners made of?
Our sports banners are digitally printed onto durable 13 oz outdoor vinyl. All banners have grommets for ease of installation. We typically print on a matte vinyl as it shows great colors and is low reflection/glare which is great when taking your team picture. We can print on practically anything, if you have special needs please email or call us. You now have the option to order a duplicate of your team banner during checkout! This is great for a coaches gift!
Describe your 3×5 banner pole stand?
This stand was designed specifically for 3×5 foot banners for youth sports events that take place on the grass where there is no fence or backstop available. It is ideal for youth soccer teams or anyone wanting to put a banner one grass or dirt area. The stand is made out of 33-inch pvc tubes that fit together with plastic elbows and included are steel stakes to be hammered into the ground that hold the stand up. What if I want to cancel my order?
We can only cancel custom sign orders that have not begun production. You have to contact us the same day your order is placed within business hours. If your order is already in production we can not cancel the order and the order will be processed as usual. If your order is not in production we will cancel the order and refund your payment immediately. Your refunded payment will take few days to process depends on your credit card provider.
Customer Uploaded Artwork.
Probanners allows you to upload artwork onto your banner. The site accepts JPEGS, BMPs, and PNGs. Please be cautious and aware that if you send us a file that is tiny, it may come out pixelated and not looking very good when we blow it up to fit on your banner. We attempt to fix all low-resolution customer uploaded files, but we can’t guarantee that they will turn out well. We will make an attempt to contact you if we encounter this problem. If we can not reach you, we will make a decision on whether to print “as is” or put your order on hold until we make contact. As stated above, banners that have customer uploaded art will normally ship within 24 hours but are not covered under the ships within 24 hours or its free guarantee. With that said, upload high-resolution files for best output.
Probanners cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be exactly the same as on the banner you receive from us. We do our best to make sure every banner we ship looks good, however, no two monitors show color in the same way. Also, color coming from your screen is created by combining red, green, and blue (RGB), whereas printing is done with cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK). In the conversion process, colors tend to not be exactly what your screen shows. Your screen may show gold or blue one way, and someone else’s screen may show it a bit differently. Often we are asked for Navy Blue, or Royal Blue or Las Vegas Gold…. Be aware that we can’t guarantee these colors for many different reasons. The main reason being, your may think that Las Vegas Gold is Something different than what we think…. Again, we will do our best to make you happy!
Spelling Errors and Typos
ProBanners is not responsible for any misspellings or typographical errors submitted by the customer. We will do our best to correct obvious errors as we put your files together, but this will not include correcting the spelling of names. (Maybe your kid’s is named “Joohnny.” How are we to know?) If you realize that an error was made and call us before your banner goes to print, we will be happy to make the correction.
